Hes a good drummer.... i mean maybe he is not the BEST like some people think... but he is definately a good rock drummer and he has some marching band skills too !Also seen some nice rudimental solos from him !

not a good example ... because if you put in swimmers and sprinters... if neil peart was a sprinter and barker a swimmer... neil peart would be as good in swimming as barker.. even though he is a sprinter... barker on the other hand wouldnt match peart in sprinting .

Dickheads who say these drummers are shit compared to the likes of Neil Peart etc should just think before they make those comments. It's like saying a sprinter is a better athlete than a swimmer. You can't compare the two if they do completly different things. Think about it.

Incorrect. There is a right way to hold sticks actually. Any drummer would tell you that (i am assuming you arent one because of the stick comment). The proper way to hold sticks is palm down, and never palm up, which is what travis plays a lot on his right hand. Oh and I'm quite sure you would know who is better than me at drums. I play in a drum heavy post-rock band and a lot of the stuff I play easily matches, if not surpasses Travis' stuff.
