This is me at the last meet of the indoor season with a new shot PR of 11.98m/39' 3"... I'm happy to say that I've already eclipsed anything I did in high school with the glide and still have outdoor to look forward to. Obviously there are a million things I still need to work on, but I'm fairly satisfied with this mark.

Yeah I'm having some weird blocking problems at the moment... more importantly though, I need to get my leg under me. I definitely yelled on this throw though, it just didn't come through very well on camera.

Hey man, good work so far... You need to block more with your left hand. Also, you have to be more violent when you get to the front of the circle. Give it a good yell too.
