| I honestly think that it was just so long ago that he internalized a false memory. This happens to everyone. It is the power of suggestion. And it can be a dangerous thing. For example: In therapy, people sometimes create false memories of sexual abuse if repeatedly pressed by the therapist. People can and have been convicted of serious crimes based on these "memories." The "memories" become so vivid, they can no longer be distinguished from reality. |

Bush senior said, "Read my lips, no new taxes", then within two years signed a bill that increased taxes. It doesn't matter how important that bill was, it matters that he broke his word; his extremely bold, public word. No one even recalls what tax or how much it increased, just that it did. THAT makes him a "liar". Obama is no different. |

| I was very skeptical when first seeing the title of this vid, but it's actually a very interesting point. I've scanned through about half of the comments and can safely say that no Republican supporter has any relevant answer to it. Responses range from "Who the fuck is this Turk to question a US POW" to "What about Obama, he lies about everything" to "It doesn't matter if the cross story is true or not, McCain is a great American".
