I spent all these years mourning the fact that I grew up in the 80s, what with Nancy Reagan and "Say No To Drugs" and... Scott Baio. But I now think, what were the alternatives? The 60s would have been cool but then I'd be way old and my 401k would be in the tank at a REALLY bad time. The 70s? Too much disco and sideburn action. The 90s? (yawn) Now? Well, I could be in college partying on the dance floor to, "I Kissed A Girl". But hell... I do that now anyway!!! :-))
