it took me years to understand jim carrey's sense of humor I used to think he's not funny but his style is to make fun of people that piss off the average guy like the time he goes over the top on the year 2000 new year's celebration and he makes fun of schmucky personalities that make up stories on talk shows

Jim is the greatest, Will is only succesful in the US, I personally don't see anything funny about that guy, but anyway, probably Americans wouldn't laugh at some of our comedians too, that's normal.
If you say Ferrell's name here in Brazil, no one will have a clue of who he is, or maybe will know him from SNL only, and will probably say he's not funny at all.
But Jim, everyone knows him and loves his movies around here. He rules!
