| To the people who target Crispin with comments about how he is "fake" or "pretentious" (read all the posts for this video). I say to them, who isn't, who can't be? and if you lived your whole life surrounded by the Hollywood machine, would you lap it up and be another Hollywood poster boy?, or would you try to make your own mark in a world full of carbon copies. Crispin paints, produces movies, occasionaly acts, and most of all Crispin, in his own way, entertains many, many people. |

| I have to say, with no intention of stirring any trouble with anyone, that I think Crispin maybe "tries too hard". He reminds me a bit of arrabal, who is very knowledgeable but seems to get a rise out of confusing or weirding out interviewers or even the audience for his films. I am sure that off the record, he is just another simple and creative guy, not the weirdo genious he pushes in interviews and events. |

| Crispin Glover has many books. This shows that he is not only a talented actor but a talented author as well. Books such as,Oak mot,Rat catching,What it is and how it's done,and more. I love them all and think that he is very versatile in the topic of media. |

| He's not retarded, he's just a pretentious twat. Listen to the way he talks. The way he dresses too...it's so fake and calculated and forced. This whole lame persona he's developed is even more pathetic and annoying now that he's over 40. It was moderately entertaining when he was a kid. But he's a fucking joke now, "What is It" sucked dog testicles. I'd almost give him credit for swindling all those hipsters who worship him but they are too easily fooled. |

And for a little while I thought there was something fishy about him too but now that I compare these personal interviews with the others like Letterman and the Tom Greene interview and situations that demand that he be outgoing and lively I see that he is just not good at carrying on social games because they always require people to be sort of showy and flamboyant, not careful and precise like he is. |
