A very short fight scene (I think the bloopers go longer than the film portion of this video). For no reason whatsoever two guys find themselves in front of a camera and recall that they should be fighting. The battle ensues with a dash of cricket violence!

This is the first follow up to my first short film, The Mob Rules (also available on my profile page). Shot in 3 hours and edited about 2 days later inbetween watching the Cricket this summer of 2008. The original plan was to simply film a fight scene... but while checking the cricket results between takes the idea to throw in some stupidity came up. Enjoy the 'bloopers' of both my and Torin's shins getting hit by cricket bats! My inspirations include mostly 70's 80's and 90's Hong Kong (HK) dramatic and comedic kung fu films from Golden Harvest and Shaw Brothers. Specific actors and directors include Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao, Lau Kar Leung, Gordon Liu, Bruce Lee, Stephen Chow, Jet Li, Dick Wei, Lau Kar Wing, Corey Yuen, Tsui Hark, Lo Lieh, Jimmy Wang, Chang Cheh, Donnie Yen and Tony Jaa (for someone outside of China). I'm based in Perth, Western Australia.
