CRISTIANO RONALDO has always been speedy.

But a new ad campaign shows the Manchester United winger going faster than ever before — and beating the world's most powerful road car in a head-to-head race.

The viral, launched officially on www.nikefootball.com tomorrow, shows the Portugal ace coming out on top against the Bugatti Veyron — capable of 0-60mph in less than three seconds as well as a 253mph top speed — thanks to his new Nike Mercurial Vapor IV boots (below).

Ronaldo, who will play in the boots for the first time against Newcastle tomorrow, said: "The thing I most liked was seeing the car accelerating with me ... and then me winning."

You can tell this is fake becasue look at 1:33, the speed the veron is moving compared to ronaldo is much faster and the verson actually does take ronaldo..

Then we move to the half way line, where Ronaldo is actually infront of the car that was moving 10x faster then him, also the cars speed is dramatically slower coming onto screen (not due to braking), so therefor this is fake, :/ sorry guys.
