If so, many autonomical republics in Russia (such as Sakha, Komi, Karelia, Chechenja, Tuva, Buryatia and others) should gain independence on the same rules. Cause they have similiar history of forced settlement of different nation as Abkhazia and Osethia. This is a consequence.
