| you don't know what a iphone is? wow.. wellit's a phone music player web browser email caddy map camera satnav calendar not to mention all the cool app's and game's you can download on to it you can even go on youtube and watch and comment on video's but the iphone 3g is the best one!but you have to set it up with your computer and it's only compaterble with mac panther windows vista or windows xp service pack 2 |

| It's not expensive if you get a good plan. You can get it for 199 if you get a family plan. Two people can get an iPhone in your family for 400 bucks, not 500. TWO PEOPLE!! BUT GET INSURANCE if you want to buy this peice of crap. Me and my dad didn't get insurance but we wish we did. THE IPHONES SUPER SENSITIVE TO SCRATCHES and gets wet easily. And theres no waranty if you get it wet! It's what happened to be and now I don't have an iPhone and for 4 years ill still b paying for it!!! apple suks |

| depends on what you classify as expensive... I pay $70 a month for 2,000 anytime minutes and unlimited internet / text messages ... I'm stuck on a 3 year contract and the phone costed me $199. In the long run, yes, it can be "expensive", but I'm paying the same amount of money as I would with any other phone, anyways. |

| I think people are being ridiculous when they criticize the iPhone 3G. The iPhone is an iPod, which is by far the best mp3 player to ever hit the market. The iPhone is entirely multi-touch screen, with far more advanced accelerometers (sp?). The iPhone has software support (app store). By the time other cell phone companies create something equal to the app store, and the sleek and super user friendly hardware such as the iPhone, Apple will be 10 steps ahead. |

| other smartphones are better than the iphone. it's a promising device the problem is apple itself. they didnt allow adobe flash, java but they did allow retarded apps in the apple store? the browser is just html. no other choice bec they dont allow competition. the iphone is crippled it has to be hacked to do some things other smartphone can do. when the battery no longer works, you have to buy another iphone. what a disappointment. it's just a toy after all. |

| I have to say, anyone who has an iPhone knows it's really amazing. It's not even a phone at the level it's at- it's a handheld computer (and not like a palm pilot, either). It's much more advanced than anything else there is, and the Samsung phone is a knockoff in every respect. The iPhone, contrary to some suspicions, is easy to work, the buttons are NOT difficult to use, and over all it has a sleek form that's durable and visually gorgeous. |
